October 10, 2009 In-Service

Remember that the in-service is tomorrow. Like always it is the second Saturday of the month at 7:30 am. It will last a couple hours 'til 9:30 am. We will be focusing on scanning and first aid-wounds. These in-services are mandatory. If you are unable to attend, you will need a legitimate reason. You can only miss one in-service in a 6-month period with an excuse; the rest will be considered unexcused and count as a write-up. Be sure to let the Headguard of your team know if you cannot attend. If you have missed in-services in the past (excused or not), you are required to write the one page paper about the in-service and review the skills with a Headguard. If you have not completed these requirements, it must be done before the next in-service (i.e. tomorrow).

I'll see you all there. There is also some fun business to discuss. If you have any questions, please let me or a Headguard know.

Pay Period End

The Current Pay Period ends today! Supervisor sign off will be by noon on Monday the 12th.

Week Staff:

If you go to ‘Parameters’ and then select ‘Next Period’ a green dot should be in the circle next to it and click ‘Save’ at the bottom.

Your ‘Edit Time’ sheet will be pointed to the next pay period and you can enter time on the weekend. Let me know if you have any questions.

Eagle Scout Project at the Y - Food Collection

Hi All,

I have authorized Austin Baum, who is working on an Eagle Scout project to place a food drop off container and several flyers around the facility to help gather supplies for tsunami victims in Samoa. This will probably happen next week.

I am sure that many of us may be able to get into our pantries and help out a bit too.

Thanks,

-Shane
