Performance Reviews

Soon, all staff that have worked here longer than a few months will have their annual performance review.  Be prepared by looking at the job description for a lifeguard.  The major determining factors for the overall performance will be the scores received on the lifeguard evaluations and drills.  Other factors will be your commitment to the YMCA, write-ups received, Strong Kids efforts, receiving Lifeguard of the Month, comment cards, and Headguard comments.  Begin evaluating yourself.  When you meet with Me, be ready to discuss what you have done well, what still needs work, and your plans for the future.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
